Kathy Ludwig

Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for the overall direction and management of the Association, School, and Foundation; works closely with the Association Board of Directors on the mission, strategic plan, and budget for the Association; serves as the School Director and provides overall direction for the school’s educational opportunities; and ensures that the Foundation’s objectives are carried out.

 

Savannah Beeler

Director of Government Affairs

Organizes the Association’s government affairs efforts; responsible for grassroots advocacy, key contact program, candidate screening process, and RPAC fundraising; works with the Commercial Council Board of Directors to provide services to our commercial members; handles the Municipal Database.

 

Stephanie Mount

Director of Member Engagement and Communications

Serves as the point person for member communication and engagement; responsible to engage our members through a variety of communications channels including social media; responsible for promoting the benefits and services for all three levels of membership; works with the Foundation; coordinates the Association’s REALTORS® Reach Out efforts; and handles event planning, public relations efforts and press releases.

 

Kim Tauriello

Director of Professional Development

Serves as the Assistant School Director; responsible for developing, planning and marketing of our pre-licensing, continuing education, appraisal, broker and designation courses; handles the scholarship programs, New Member Orientation, Information Sessions and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training Requirement; and executes Grievance, Professional Standards, and Mediation Procedures.

 

Cindy Cuddeford

Office Manager

Provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Government Affairs Director; handles the overall maintenance of committees; responsible for equipment and our rental agreements; responsible for the Association’s Trade Fair; assists with the Association’s special events and the Special Award process; and serves as staff liaison for the Thanksgiving Food Drive.

 

Chris Deimler

Membership and Member Services Manager

Handles aspects of membership; responsible for membership lists and the REALTOR® Store; issues and trains new members on key box products; issues key boxes in addition to upgrades and downgrades of keys; coordinates monthly MLS training with Bright MLS; responsible for the annual dues billing; coordinates various Association events including the Shredding Event; responsible for building maintenance; and responsible for the Foundation Golf Outing.

 

Dee Hyatt

Member Services Coordinator

Handles all administrative responsibilities for the Greater Harrisburg REALTORS® Institute (GHRI); primary point of contact for GHRI questions; assists in the planning, developing, marketing and implementing of school’s courses; serves as the school registrar; assists with the tracking of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training requirement; and assists the Director of Professional Development as needed.

 

Mary Keck

Member Services Coordinator

Responsible for New Member Orientation sponsorships and preparation; responsible for annual sponsorship solicitation from our affiliate members; serves as back up to issue key boxes and keys; assists in the planning and implementing of information sessions; serves as back up on all administrative responsibilities for GHRI; handles the vending area.

 

 

The Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® Association members are served by six full-time and two part-time staff members at its location in Enola.
