Kathy Ludwig
Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for the overall direction and management of the Association, School, and Foundation. Works closely with the Association Board of Directors on the mission, strategic plan and budget for the Association. Serves as the School Director and provides overall direction for the school’s educational opportunities. Ensures that the Foundation’s objectives are carried out.

 

 

Lauren Gross
Government Affairs Director
lauren@ghar.infoOrganizes the Association’s government affairs efforts. Responsible for grassroots advocacy, key contact program, candidate screening process and RPAC fundraising. Works with the Commercial Council Board of Directors to provide services to our commercial members. Serves as the Association’s public relations liaison and prepares the Association and Foundation’s press releases.  Handles REALTORS® Reach Out activities. Responsible for coordinating and applying for NAR grants.

 

Kim Tauriello
Director of Professional Development

kim@ghar.infoServes as the Assistant School Director. Responsible for developing, planning and marketing of our pre-licensing, continuing education, appraisal, broker and designation courses. Handles the scholarship programs, new member orientation, information sessions and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training Requirement. Executes grievance, professional standards and mediation procedures.

 

Cindy Cuddeford
Office Manager

cindy@ghar.infoResponsible for building maintenance, equipment and our rental agreements. Provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Government Affairs Director. Handles the overall maintenance of committees. Responsible for the Association’s Trade Fair. Assists with the Association’s special events and the Special Award process. Serves as staff liaison for the Thanksgiving Food Drive.

 

Chris Deimler
Membership and Member Services Manager
chris@ghar.infoResponsible for membership changes, escrow and referral notices, membership tracking and billing. Process all membership applications. Maintain accurate membership records for REALTOR® and affiliate members. Issues and trains new members on key box products. Issues key boxes in addition to upgrades and downgrades of keys. Plan and coordinate the Association’s shredding event. Handle the selling of membership lists. Responsible for the store.

 

Dee Peffer
Membership Services Coordinator

dee@ghar.infoHandle administrative responsibilities for the Greater Harrisburg REALTOR® Institute. Track member compliance with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training. Handle REALTORS® Take Time Out (RTTO) events. Responsible for the Foundation Golf Outing. Provide overall support for the association’s benefits and services.
