Big Data and the Real Estate Profession Monday, April 15, 2019, 8:30 a.m. –12:00 p.m.  This course will explore the influence of big data on real estate transactions. This course will discuss RPR and will distinguish the difference between information and knowledge, and how to apply that data to everyday practice. Understanding Assessments  Monday, April 15, 2019, 1:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. This course will explore the assessment process in Pennsylvania for agents and appraisers. Students will learn how tax assessments work, and affect the marketing, sale and valuation of real estate. How to Avoid Appraisal Review Kickback Thursday, May 16, 2019.   Course will cover what is changing with collateral underwriting technology, items gaining more attentions such as comparable photos, revised reports and upgrades, and will discuss such things as, “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” Approved for 3 1/2 hours Appraisal Re-certification (3.5 hours PA Real Estate CE.-Pending Approval) Instructor, Bob Heiserman.
