The Greater Harrisburg REALTORS® Institute, in partnership with the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute, the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg, and other organizations, offers a variety of designation and certification programs throughout the year. Master Certified Negotiation Expert -CNE III—Seller’s Agent Course (MCNE®)

Tuesday and Wednesday, June 13 & 14, 2017 from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

This course is being presented by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute – A Real Estate Negotiation and Designation Course.  This course will include ACCE Negotiation Methodology, the Seller Interview Process, Your Value Equation, Power Analysis and Use, Cultural Factors in Negotiations, Culturally Influenced  Issues in Negotiations, Negotiating Across Generations, Skill Practice/Group Discussions/Case Studies – Know how to use all of these techniques by the time you leave our training, and much more.  Approved for 1 Broker credit and 15 hours of PA Real Estate Continuing Education for the 2016-2018 cycle.  Cost is $319. Real Estate Law – (Required Broker Course) November 8, 10, 13, & 15, 2017 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Instructor: Brett Woodburn, Esquire This is a required course for broker licensure candidates. Topics covered will include:  introduction to real property, contract law, the real estate transaction, leases, law and the real estate licensee, counsel of attorney and much more.  Approved for 2 broker credits and 30 hours of PA Real Estate Continuing Education for the 2016-2018 cycle.
