Ombudsman Services

The Ombudsman Services Program offers a no cost, less adversarial alternative to filing an Ethics Complaint.  Many complaints do not allege a violation of the Code of Ethics.  Many complaints are transactional, technical or procedural, and could be resolved with enhanced communications and problem solving.  GHAR has a panel of four trained Ombudsmen to offer assistance with questions or concerns involving a real estate transaction.  Please contact GHAR at 364-3200 for more information, or click on the links below:
