The Ombudsman Services Program offers a no cost, less adversarial alternative to filing an Ethics Complaint. Many complaints do not allege a violation of the Code of Ethics. Many complaints are transactional, technical or procedural, and could be resolved with enhanced communications and problem-solving. GHAR has a panel of trained Ombudsmen to offer assistance with questions or concerns involving a real estate transaction.
