Association Industry Best Practices
Member brokers and designated REALTORS® of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® voluntarily agree to subscribe on behalf of their licensees to the Association Industry Best Practices. By agreeing to subscribe to these guidelines does not waive their obligation as REALTORS® to abide by the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. The Association has three sets of Industry Best Practices:

- Signage Industry Best Practices
- Open House Industry Best Practices
Residential Co-Brokerage Industry Best Practices
Purpose: The purpose of these Industry Best Practices is to establish generally recognized procedures that will facilitate communication between REALTORS® and that will assure/verify the transmittal of all offers and counteroffers and thereby better serve the public, and to establish and understanding among and between members of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS®, Inc. as to the methods to be employed in their relationship with each other, their clients, and the general public in Co-Brokerage. These Industry Best Practices are not binding, but suggested for the purposes above.

Signage Industry Best Practices
Purpose: To promote among the members of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® courteous and professional placement of signs in the effective marketing of properties.
