Hall of Fame
This award recognizes significant contributions of the individual to the development, growth, improvement and/or excellence of the real estate industry whether locally, in Pennsylvania or in the nation. An individual may be a recipient of this award only once.
REALTOR® of the Year
This award recognizes a member who shows a variety of contributions to the Association, the community, the real estate business and demonstrates the spirit of being a REALTOR®. An individual may be a recipient of this award more than once, but not two years in a row.
Professional Merit Award
This award, presented only once to qualifying members of GHAR in good standing, recognizes REALTOR® professionalism through education, Association participation and involvement, and community service during the year of application.
Affiliate of the Year
This award recognizes an affiliate member who shows a variety of contributions to the Association and the Foundation. The company may be a recipient of this award more than once, but not two years in a row.
